The support that the Alda Santini laboratory is able to offer for the development of men’s and women’s collections, is a creative path that often starts from the consultation of the historical archive of knits and wovens, in which the client finds a large number of various knit stitches and models that stimulates the initial research to then create a personalized sample.

According to the customer’s request we develop inspirational moodboards with images, color trends as well as research of fabrics and yarns; we also realize the technical drawings and paper patterns, original knit samples and different stitches developments.

The Alda Santini laboratory’s team starts from the idea of the garment, through the creation and refining of the sample, to the production and accurate quality control.

The inhouse prototypes allow us to provide an immediate response to the production needs and to the requests expressed by customers during various development stages; the laboratory makes internally patterns and textile design for knitwear.
Each of these phases is managed
internally by a highly qualified
staff.
The Alda Santini laboratory, with the contribution of its inhouse style office, if required, can also develop washes, treatments, dyes, embroideries, applications, screens and digital prints.
According to the clients’ request the internal style office develops inspirational moodboards with images and color trends, technical drawings, research of fabrics and yarns.
